Whatever time of day you are travelling you will find a wide selection of croissants, breads and pastries for breakfast. For lunch, guests can help themselves to sandwiches, salads and soups, as well as cakes and other delightful snacks.

SPENDING TIME IN THE LOUNGE

Work can be completed on your own laptop using the free WiFi or one of the six LAN ports. If you haven't got your computer with you, then fear not, guests can use one of the 5 internet stations to send a quick email or catch up on your social networks. WiFi has now been upgraded for free for 2 hours.

With daily deliveries of a range of International Newspapers and Magazines it is easy to catch up on world news in peace and comfort and escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy airport terminal.

There is an outside terrace, where guests can relax and take in the spectacular views of the airfield, overlooked by the Alps.

Does this lounge have a dress code?

We understand that all our customers want to travel in comfortable clothing with our lounges having a relaxed dress code to reflect this. We do ask that guests refrain from wearing sportswear (such as football shirts, tracksuits, baseball caps etc) and clothing with offensive slogans. Smart, tailored shorts are accepted.

How do airport lounges differ from the busy cafés or restaurants in the airport?

We are very different - Our lounges offer simple snacks and light meals away from the hustle and bustle of the main airport terminal, but we don't offer full meals. Cafes and restaurants offer full meals within the main terminal area, however if you've travelled through and airport recently, you'll know how busy these establishments can get. So if you're looking to help yourself to a range of snacks, along with a few drinks, free WiFi, great customer service and a tranquil environment with a guaranteed seat, airport lounges are for you.

Who are airport lounges open to?

All travellers, no matter which airline or class of travel, are welcome. It's a common misconception that you have to be a first or business class passenger to get access to an airport lounge, and this isn't the case. We do however ask that passengers adhere to our smart casual dress code which is outlined below.

Catching Your Flight

All lounges have flight information screens within the lounge and due to the number of flights departing at any one time, flight announcements aren't made by lounge staff - we'd ask you to keep an eye on when your flight leaves.

We're Open to All Travelers

We welcome all travelers whether you are travelling economy or first class and as long as you agree to our terms and conditions of entry and have a valid boarding pass. We are also open to you no matter which airline you are travelling with. Do make sure that your flight leaves from the terminal you are booking.

Drinks, Snacks & Hot Food

Complimentary drinks and snacks are included in the price of entry, however we also offer a Premium Menu where additional dishes, cocktails and more are available to purchase. This includes Champagne and Prosecco. Some items are only available at selected times of the day (e.g breakfast items.) We do ask that all food and drink offerings are enjoyed in-lounge and not taken elsewhere. Alcohol is not available to anyone under the age of 18, and guests may be asked to present their ID when ordering.

Length of Stay

Standard stay time in our lounges is 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight. If your flight is delayed, and have booked directly with us, you can remain in the lounge through our Guaranteed Delay Cover, until your flight is ready to board.

The Aspire lounge is located on the top floor of Dock E (Non Schengen area)
The lounge is easy reachable by a short metro ride from the main Terminals A & B
Aspire lounge E located in the satellite terminal E. For departures at Gates E (all Non Schengen)

Normal Opening Hours

Open daily from 7.30am to 9pm.

From 1st November 2022, the lounge is open 6.30am - 9pm.

Dress Code

We understand that all our customers want to travel in comfortable clothing with our lounges having a relaxed dress code to reflect this.

We do ask that guests refrain from wearing items such as baseball caps, sportswear (football shorts / tracksuits etc), football shirts or items of clothing with offensive slogans.
